VACUPAC contributions are voluntary and not tax deductible. You have the right to refuse to contribute without any reprisal. All personal contributions over $100 will be reported to the Virginia Department of Elections, as required by law.
Contributions to VACUPAC are primarily used for state candidate donations. For those contributors whose credit union has a signed permission agreement with America’s Credit Unions’ PAC (CULAC); the Virginia Credit Union League may send between 50% and 80% of your contribution to CULAC to be used at the Federal Level.
